Seen this problem quite often most of the time 3rd is barely needed but sometimes it does help to reach out to them incase they haven't updated it ect.

There is 3 things to try

1. Power cycle your console https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

2. Re download your gamer tag https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

3. Contact EA help about it since it's there subscription service. https://help.ea.com/en/

Just tried that and sadly it is still telling me I don't own this game

I know you mentioned you didn't want to do it, but I would suggest
uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.

That's usually the fix-all troubleshooting method for issues like this one.



If that doesn't help the next step would be to set up a call back from Customer Support to make sure everything is okay within your Microsoft billing account.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

I would also check to make sure the account with the EA access subscription is set as the home Xbox as well.

I have tried all of these steps and still nothing, any other suggestions ?
