Fifa 20 Trial issue

I have recently bought a CD Key and used it to download Fifa 20.

When loading Fifa it initially put me through a trial period. Now this has run out I can not play Fifa. It tells me to go to the microsoft store and pay for a copy.

Any suggestions on a solution to this ?

I have already uninstalled and re installed.

Try to uninstall it, go to the store and search for FIFA 20, see if appears a Install option, if yes, install it directly from the store and then check if you come up with the same issue.

You would have to refer to the point of origin where you received the CD Key for the game.

Contact the third party's support where you received the CD Key from they should be able to assist you.

Was the key you purchased a key for the entire game or just for a trial? Where did you buy the key from? Please provide as many details as possible.

The key was for the whole game.

The key was purchased online from Cdkeys.com which I have successfully used previously
