Fifa 20 trial expired error

I have got the full fifa 20 game and I used up all of my early access hours last Sunday. I have been playing the full game since the ultimate edition was released. However everytime I load up the game it says that my trial has expired. Is this happening
to anyone else?

Are you trying to play the full version of FIFA 20? Which version did you purchase?
Do you see the completed purchase in your Microsoft Account?
Have you tried re-installing the game?

If the issues persists, contact Customer Support for further assistance.

They said that I should contact xbox support but I haven't found anything to fix the problem

EA support for more assistance with the demo license.

I have uninstalled and installed the game but it's still not doing the job unfortunately. It did this last year for fifa 19 aswell

You have been playing since the test, correct? I think to fix this bug better try to uninstall and install the game again as final version. Good luck!
