Fifa 20 game trial

Hi, so i have ea access and ive preordered fifa 20 but when i try to play the trial it keeps telling me to sign into the profile where the game was purchased or the game trial has expired and this is my correct profile and i havent played the game trial
at all

Try doing a hard reset if that doesn't work try uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. Let us know of this helps.

Two questions. Have you already played this? And if yes, did you close out the game like it had suggested to?

I believe, if you have played it, there is an issue where if you do not close out the game it could still be running though the time allowed to play the demo/beta. I know Madden and NHL both had this on the game test.

Ive literally have not played at all and for everyone asking if its on the correct account. yes it is. Im bummed because ive preordered fifa and got ea access and i cant play the game like everyone else and no one from microsoft or ea has provided a solution.
Just shows how they only care about the money being brought in rather than the product for the customer
