FIFA 20 add on not showing up in-game

I got FIFA 20 for christmas and decided that I wanted to install the portuguese commentary add on, like I had done with fifa 19. It took me a while to do so, but I installed the add on onto my console only to find that I would still have difficulty actually
using the commentary.

In "manage game and add ons" (for fifa 20), it shows that the portuguese commentary is installed - yet it doesn't show up as an option in the game's audio settings. The only three languages I can have the commentary set to are English, French, or Spanish.

I did the exact same thing I had done with fifa 19, so why doesn't the other language appear as an option?

Someone please help. Apparently, Microsoft "doesn't answer phone calls" or messages for this topic, so this was my last resort.

It didn’t work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the add on, then restarted the xbox. Didn’t show up in game like before.

Hi,

have you tried to uninstall and reinstall it again after it's reinstalled plz restart your console after the restart play the game if the issue still persist i recommend contacting FIFA support on the issue

Thw new FIFA 20 will include a FIFA street mode. For now no more backwards compatible games will be add on Xbox One.

The best thing they showed was Fifa Street in Fifa 20, I get very excited

Too late to edit but if they add Fifa again next year then it pays for itself because I sold my Fifa 15 disc for £20 when Fifa was added to the vault
