Fifa 19

I bought EA access to play fifa 19 earlier, I got 10 hours of 10 hours, I played 7 hours but now it says my hours have ended and I have to wait until 25sep to play again. I'm 100% sure I only played 7 hours...

What happens when trying to launch FIFA 19? Is there an error message that pops up when trying to access the game?

Hi, when you left the game did you bring up the Xbox guide and quit the game from there, it is a known issue that unless you do that and leave the game running in the background it will count that time as part of your alloted 10hrs. That applies to all
EA access trial periods too I believe.

 

Yes i did quit, i did only play 7 hours and 22min.

 

Yes currently EA itself is giving the same advice and is posting it almost everywhere when you're joining a trial. Until this is solved, if you don't close manually a game the timer doesn't stop.

over their games. They usually go with a ticket system so try to describe the issue as detailed as possible for them.

Sadly this seems like a known issue, you have to manually close the game otherwise the timer keeps running. Wish I had better news for you.
