my trial wont load and I know ive got time left because I checked and I had 90 minutes after I went off and I closed the app

What happens when trying to launch FIFA 19? Is there an error message that pops up when trying to access the game?

Did you try to reinstall it?

 

I bought EA access to play fifa 19 earlier, I got 10 hours of 10 hours, I played 7 hours but now it says my hours have ended and I have to wait until 25sep to play again. I'm 100% sure I only played 7 hours .. "

When you try launching the game, does it specifically say your trial has expired? Remember, if at any point you forgot to properly closed the app or turned off the console while the game was launched, your timer will continue to count down. If you feel as
if you are still missing some time on your trial, feel free to contact EA Support for an extension or a reset on your trial.
