FIFA 19 - X Box One - Crashes on start up

My son has had X Box One & Fifa 19 for a week. The game has started crashing on start up (it worked fine to start with). I have followed all the troubleshooting instructions on the Microsoft & EA sites (deleting, restarting, factory reset etc) and still
have the same issue. It only happens with this game all the others work as they should.

Anybody else had this problem and did you manage to resolve it?

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you

Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console. It helps for a lot of issues.

Yes. I went through all these options. I am returning the game. The replacement arrives tomorrow See if that solves the issues.

Thanks for your responses. I have tried them all and nothing works. Looks like sending the game back.
