    Why can’t I pre order FIFA 19 for Xbox 360?

    At E3 they said FIFA 19 will be available for last gen consoles but I can’t seem to find anywhere to pre order it

    Hello GameShare!

    When pre ordering games through Xbox store you will be charged up to 10 days prior to the games release. Currently, Fifa 19 release date is 9/25/18.

    Ok. But when I go onto the store it still says preorder on the Fifa standard edition which I already did, and have been charged for. So surely it should say "preordered"

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the situation, to verify the preorder went thru successfully you can go to account.microsoft.com check the order history to verify the game was pre-ordered. Preferably I suggest contacting us at

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us     to speak with someone and verify that the game was pre-ordered.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble. You can check the pre order status by logging in to

    https://account.microsoft.com     and searching your billing history for the game. It will tell you the status there.

    Also, there is currently a purchase and download issue with the store which may be the reason you haven't been billed yet. You can stay up to date on the service alert via this link https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    With pre-orders, you usually get charged 7-10 days before the game is released as long as there are no

    issues with your payment option..

    Feel free to contact
    Xbox Live Support (Billing)


    to speak with or connect to a live agent so they can get into your account and make sure everything is up to date

    and confirm whether the purchase went through yet or not. Also, feel free to contact you bank to see if you were double

    charged.

    When you pre-order a game using a credit card or Paypal, you're not charged until about 10 days before the game releases. So you shouldn't have been charged twice. You can double check at http://commerce.microsoft.com though.
