    Fifa 19 points


    Purchases of fifa points have been made on my account. I did not make the purchases and have not received the points.

    Microsoft will not refund me for these under their term of sale agrrement.

    can anyone tell me how these could have been bought without my knowledge, and is there any way to prove to MIcrosoft that I have not made these purchases.

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the situation, it looks like the issue is not being able to buy EA Access as well as redeeming the Fifa Points you purchased. To help resolve the issue I suggest you

    Contact Us     to speak with an Agent about making sure the purchase went thru successfully and how to claim your items you purchased. I hope this information was useful to the situation.

    or community.

    We can suggest that if there are purchases being made without consent to follow our

    If there seems be some type of security concern, it would be best to Update Security Information for the Microsoft
    account.

    Furthermore, refund requests for digital items can be made through our
    Refund Request Form    .
