Fifa 19 not working on Gameshare.

I bought Fifa 19 on digital download to share with my son.

Xbox 1 is set as xbox 2 home and xbox 2 is set as xbox 1 home.

Everything has worked perfectly up until a few days ago all other games still work fine using gamesharing.

When trying to play fifa19 on xbox 2 a message comes up saying SOMETHING WENT WRONG and to sign in with person who bought game or buy game.

I uninstalled on xbox 2 and re installed and it worked again that once,, now it won't work again. I can't uninstall and re install everytime.

Any suggestions to fix this problem ?

Thanks for the reply. Sorry to hear the issue is persisting. I would suggest to

remove and re-add your account. on the Xbox that your son uses ( Remove your son's account also) . Once you re-add your account on his Xbox lets go to the Settings to double check you are the
'Home Xbox'.

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > Personalization, and then select
My home Xbox.
If the option you get is 'Remove this as my home Xbox' this means you are the Home xbox.

After making sure you're account is the home console choose to sign out and have your son re-add and sign in to his account. Once he's signed on let's see if he gets access to the game via home sharing.

Note You can have only one home Xbox at a time. You can share purchased games and Gold with others only on your home Xbox. You get 5 switches per year.

Thanks for reply,, funnily enough I just tried that before i read your reply. It works.

The only problem is if I sign into my xbox and it signs me out of his, if he goes to another game then back to Fifa the same problem occurs.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums. Can you have your son try to sign in using the account that owns the game and also his own account signed in once the game launches you can sign out the main account and see if it lets him stay in game. Give
it a try and let us know with a reply how it goes.
