FIFA 19 isnt loading when i try to load the game.

So,when i load up my Fifa 19 it says the game will take 1 minute or more. Then it says to try again in a minute if it doesn't work select help. But when i look at help i cant see anything. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it doesn't change it. Turn
my Xbox off and on doesn't work. So i am stuck. Please help me trying to get my Fifa 19 to load.

Problem loading games

I've just started having this problem. Forza horizon and Fifa 13 both get stuck on the start up loading screens. When ever I'm signed in on my main account they never load but when I'm signed out Fifa loads up fine (Haven't tried Forza yet). I have also
tried loading Fifa on another account which also doesn't work. When loading up Fifa while signed out and then signing in on my account when the game has loaded results in my console freezing completely? Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks

 

Stuck at loading screen

Whenever I try to load FIFA with my xbox live profile I get stuck at the Messi loading screen with the loading circle/arrow on an endless loop. However when I'm not signed into any profile, I can go right in and play. As soon as I log back into xbox live
and load the profile, the game is stuck with the loading arrow again. Any ideas on how to fix it?

 

Hello Jack,

Is this happening to any other games at all? since you already powercycled and uninstalled the game I would recommend performing a soft factory reset. You will not have to redownload your games but you will have to redownload your profile.

Have your Account login credentials ready. If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.
7. On the Reset your console? Select Reset and keep my games and apps
   

It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

 

Thank you for the reply. It is only happening to this singular game and i am about to reset it. If this doesnt work what else should i do?

 

If the steps above don't work then I would check with the Developers of the game. Since it was released not too long ago it could have a few bugs here and there. Here's the link to the developers support site just in case you need it:
