Fifa 19 installation doesnt work

Good afternoon,

After not having gamed for 15 years, I bought a Xbox One last week, with Battlefield online to download and Fifa 19 on a disk.

Battefield is installed, and working all good.

Fifa 19 received on disk, put it in the Xbox and nothing happend, tried to restart with cd in, without cd and put it back in, and everything.

Having no clue what to do?

Can someone please help me on this.

My Xbox One is crazy since the last update

My Xbox gone crazy again after installing Fifa 19.

I uninstinstalled Fifa and everything is good again.

The problem was Fifa 19 I think. Thanks EA...

The installation can be slow on disk because your console is also downloading the updates.

Just a quick question.

• Do you hear an unusual sound when you put the disc into the disc tray? For example, a sort of "clunking" and/or clicking sound.

Seeing how your Xbox One is recently new, it has been known that some new consoles do not send the disc far enough into the disc tray and therefore doesn't attempt to read or download the game.

 

Hi Aztr1x, no don't hear any unusual sounds. It is a weird one..

 

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .
