You should be able to start your 10 hour trial from within the EA Access app itself. If it continues to give you issues, try visiting the EA Support page.

but I cant seem to get to the 10 hour trial either.. so how can i access the 10 hour trail? as said before, I do have Ea Access

The standard edition of FIFA 19 will not grant you full
access to the game until the official release on the 28th of September. However, if you have the EA Access subscription you will be given a 10 hour trial of the game to use on the days leading up to the full release.
