i pre-order fifa 18 ronaldo edition on xbox one store and i received fifa 18 standard edition. what's the problem

ProOrder Number of Fifa 17 in the wrong Microsoft-Account activated

I have Preorder Fifa 18 Ronaldo Edition! But I have two accounts at Microsoft, one for Emails and one for xBox. I want to activated my PreOrder Code but i decide the wrong Microsoft Account, so i have now the Fifa 18 on the wrong Email activated (the email
who is not connected with my xBox) So how can I get Fifa 18 on my xbox account?

Wrong Region Code - FIFA 18

Hi, my name is Herman, and I'm from Singapore.

Last week I just bought FIFA 18, from US via website, www.gamestop.com.

As I am totally unaware about this "REGION CODE" thingy, I was shocked to see my console shows;

"WRONG REGION, This disc’s region code is incorrect for this console”.

So what can I do next? I'm totally at lost...

Kindly assist me...

Sorry to hear it. Try highlighting the game and then press the start button on the controller. Select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to see if there's any missing DLC to install. If you don't see what you're supposed to get then you'll need to

Hi!

Make sure that the additional contents are correctly installed using the "manage game" function. Also check on your
order history to have purchased the correct game version.

You will need to go on Manage Game and install the additional DLC as that is what makes the difference between the Versions. It is a Common mistake.

Fifa is region locked.

In the future, verify that the console location is the same as the game. You can try to contact the vendor directly to ask for a replacement or try updating your profile data with the game region you purchased.
