    Fifa 18 will not work


    I click on the game and then it comes up with the 3 dots which means it's loading and then after a while it gives me a black screen and returns me to the home menu. Any help at all would be appreciated.

    FIFA does not work on My account. On another account is works

    FIFA 18 does not work on My account. When i try on another Xbox or other account it works fine.

    You need to make sure that you are Signed into the Profile that you bought Fifa 18 on.

    So you Sign in on the Account that you brought Fifa 18 on and then Sign in on the other account but make sure you still have the account that you brought fifa on signed in and it will work.
