FIFA 18 will not launch

I just got FIFA 18 for my Xbox One and it will not launch!! I have tried the troubleshooting tips on here (restarting, checking storage), but still nothing. It is a Disc, brand new and no scratches, and it is fully installed and updated, just cannot enter
the game. HELP!

I am having the same issue with my fifa 18 but no troubleshooting helps, I did all there is but it failed as only the fifa 18 isn't launch. I get an error message saying oops your game took to long to launch

Hi there, To fix your issue , we will need to clear the console cache, none of your data will be altered during this process, to begin please go to settings, select Disc & Blu-ray, select Blu-Ray and you will see an option called Persistent Storage, click
that and then click clear, to this 4 – 5 times, after that go back to settings and select Power and Start up, then select the Restart option. If that still doesn’t work then, uninstall the game, clear the console cache again, restart the console and try to
install the game again.

Sorry to hear it. Are you able to check if this is a disc based issue? Does the console play other disc games and videos without issue? If so then perhaps give a factory reset a try. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need
to reinstall them.

I would advise returning the game to the store as it sounds like the disc is faulty.

Please confirm if you are able to play other games on discs? As it may be your disc drive that could be faulty.

According to some searches, that may mean either the market is having issues or you're banned from the transfer market on Fifa 18.
