Fifa 18 problems

So i just installed fifa 18 via disc on to my xbox one and i waited until it was 100% downloaded then tried to start it up and this message came up. I then copied it to my external hard drive and started it up and still the same message. I then delted it
and completely reinstalled it onto my external and at like 50% i started playing the real madrid vs athletico madrid opening game and when i finished that it still had like 20% to go so i went away for a while the came back and tried starting it back up and
it came up with this message. Don't know how to fix it

first gen XB1 freezing while playing FIFA 18/19 online

first gen XB1 stuttering when playing fifa 18/19 online.

it is not an internet issue since i can play fifa 18/19 online fine on my PC. this happened after the latest XB1 update july18.

currentl downloading Battlefield 4 trial just to see if i have the same problems on there. i only use my XB1 for fifa.

i did not buy any coins when i played ay the first time fifa 18.i was charged in my credit card a several billings.
i bought a cd of fifa 18 with your certificate
.i played too fifa 17 more than 6 monthes and i never was charged.in this month i was charged too when i played with fifa 17.
i believe that someone used my credit card.
i bought a several games to the xbox and i never had this problem;

i need a email support about these problems

meanwhile i stopped to play the games fifa 17-18
