FIFA 18 no activation code

I bought a card for FIFA 18 at Walmart. But I didn’t get an activation code for the game. So I went back and told them. They said that they couldn’t give me a code as it wasn’t their responsibility. They said it was a problem with Microsoft’s supplier and
that they couldn’t do anything about it. They also said I couldn’t get a refund since it was a digital copy of the game. They gave me a number to contact Microsoft’s supplier but they told me to be weary. They said they were gonna try to blame it on the store. I
was also told that Microsoft is aware of the issue but isn’t doing anything about it. Can someone please help me. I really want to play FIFA 18 or at least get a refund.

Aktivierung Profil

Ich habe ein Problem bei der Aktivierung meines Profil in FIFA 18. Kann daher seit einigen Tagen eine Speicherung vornehmen. Eine Aktivierung über dir Funktion Profilaktivierung funktioniert nicht.

I have a BIG problem with the FIFA 18 Ronaldo Edition!!!

I buyed a redeem Code for FIFA 18 Ronaldo Edition on Kinguin and i used the Code on my Xbox.

But I only got:

- 20 Jumbo Premium Gold Sets

- Ronaldo (5 Games)

- 8 Special Edition-FUT-Trikots

and not the maingame "FIFA 18".

How can I get now FIFA 18?

I payed much money for that and don´t have FIFA 18, just the special extras...

First time I'm hearing of such a situation where the Retailer is refusing to help out by blaming Microsoft on everything.

Anyways, when you bought the card, wasn't there any code with it? Did you buy it from a retail store?

Yes I bought it at a retail store. And no the cards don’t have a code. The printer is supposed to put one in the receipt but the employee said it was a problem with Microsoft and it’s supplier. In the area where the activaton code should have been were only
the words ACTIVATION CODE.

Unfortunately the DLC for the Ronaldo Edition is only linked to the buyer's account so as you brought the game the DLC is only linked to your account so it can not be transferred.
