FIFA 18+NHL 18 bundle sale...was $30

Hello!

First off, let me explain my journey thus far, to better familiar the promotion team to my case.

1. I contacted a volunteer Xbox helper on here, who told me that FIFA18+NHL was a EA Sports game to contact them about any promotions.

2. I contacted EA Sports live chat who then directed me back to Xbox support because they do not handle promotions on the xbox store.

3. I contacted Xbox support again, who then directed me here after seeing that they could not help me with my issue.

So here, I am.

--My issue--

I seen that NHL+FIFA18 was on sale not too long ago for $30. I missed out on it because I was without access to the internet during the period of the sale. Now that I am back, the sale/promo is over and it's back up to $100!! My question was simple; When
will that sale come back? Or could one of the promo team direct me in a way to getting the promotion since I missed it, and was honestly trying to get it.

Voila mon petit probleme, j'ai acheté hier sur le live fifa 18 a 28€ promotion de printemps, et dessuite apres je vois un pack fifa 18 + nba live 18 a 25€ ou encore fifa 18 + nhl 18 a 36€.

Je ne z comprend pas pourquoi proposer a la vente un jeu seul plus cher que le même jeux dans un pack de plusieurs jeux, je pense a une erreur de votre par.

Je vien par ce courrier, vous demander un echange si passible avec,

soit le rembourcement de 3€ plus l'obtention de nba live 18, pour le pack a 25€

Soit de me permetre l'achat de nhl 18 a 8€ pour le pack a 36€.

(je préfèrerai le second choix)

I bought both NHL 18 and FIFA 18. Both released in September but I did not get any rewards for them and neither are showing as pending...

Please help!!!

 

Unfortunately once a promotion ends it is not possible to get that price again unless it goes on sale again. There is no way to know when a game will go on sale again until it does. majornelson.com is a good place to find information about sales.

 

Thanks. I noticed it was a spring sale. Is there any other sales like that that is themed to look for? Maybe labor day weekend sale or something?

 

There's usually always fall, winter, spring, and summer sales which are usually the largest sales. Then there's the regular weekly Deals of the Week, and occasional publisher specific sales.
