    FIFA 18 Early Access freezes at start


    Bought and downloaded FIFA 18 early access with additional packages 2 days ago. On playing the game it freezes after the initial cinematic Ronaldo foul and free kick. Cannot access game afterwards. Tried various remedies like re - starting my xbox one, downloading
    game again and switching router off and on again. Nothing has worked. Where do I go from here ?

    i have pre odered fifa 18 icon edition and have a 1 year ea access but i cant play fifa 18s early access for some reason plz help a and i must have a clean account cuz i made this one espaisally for fifa 18 in july

    My english is poor, sorry.

    I've this problem too. I can't play eary with fifa 18 on EA ACCESS.

    With a friend account, i can play but with my account, i've a error message. "This account haven't pay for EA ACCESS or u already play ten hours."

    Please, help me

    Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

    If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

    Hello!

    A powercycle might be your best option, hold power button for 10 seconds until console turns off and then unplug for 10 seconds. After that fire it back up and try it out.

    1- Try to reset the xbox and see if so when you start update the status of the game

    2- Go to manage game data and check that it is installed or pending installation.

    3- Uninstall the game and restart the xbox

    4-Install the games and then install all the updates, be careful not to install any updates before the game.
