Fifa 18 EA ACCESS inactive

I am trying to play the 10 hour trial of the FIFA 18 game, I have an active EA ACCESS subscription as it says "Active" it allowed me to purchase FIFA 18 and 12000 FIFA points from the store with the EA ACCESS discount yet when I try to connect to the EA
servers at the start of FIFA 18 it says connection lost and then another boxed pops up saying a paragraph saying that I have an "inactive subscription" and then kicks me back to the main screen. so bascially I can't play the game at all not just not letting
me connect to the servers. I have spoken to EA they say they can only check that the subscription is active and I should speak to Microsoft and then Microsoft said there is an issue with the FIFA 18 demo, I explained it isn't a demo and all my friends are
playing the trial. they told me to speak to EA again, so I did and they again said nothing they can do! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! this happened last year for a lot of other people but this year it got me. who's fault is this, How do I fix it?

Дело было так. ешил купить подписку EA Access что бы была скидка на FIFA 18 и пробная версия FIFA 18 21.09. Покупаю, деньги снялись дважды. Пока подписка была. Потом перезагружаю xbox и подписка слетает. Прошу вернуть средства, либо подписку EA Access.
