FIFA 18 DVD dvd not working

HI,

I purchased FIFA 18 for my kid XBOX one s but sometime the DVD is not readable by the player thus not allowing my kids to play with it,

We lost the cover and any other info provided with the DVD, so in case the DVD is not working no way to replace it.

is there any tool or process i can leverage to recover the serial number of the DVD ( while it is working .. ) and ask for a replacement media or any way to solve the issue ? I suspect the media is not working sometime because few scratches on it

Fifa 15 dvd for xbox 360 has been out of stock for a month now in India. Would anyone know when will Fifa 15 dvd for xbox 360 in India be in stock again.

Fifa is a blu ray disc. I believe the dvd part of your laser has gone out if no DVD media works.

Hi, i have the same problem but for only few dvds. I have the lord of the rings extended edition box in dvd and all the dvds (the movie itself is 2 dvds and all specials stuff are on 2 other dvds) of the first movie doesnt work and xbox says that error message.
Strangely all the other dvds of other movies are ok, they work fine. It's all working fine in a regular dvd player. I tried to cold reboot xbox and eject many many times, dvd are perfect clean, still doing it. Had to reinstall "old" dvd player to read it.
