    Hi , I tried to connect to my Fifa 18 account on my Xbox One S but instead of working as usually the game open a windows named "verification de connexion" in french with an e-mail named
    [Mod Removed - Personal Information] to reccover a code to verify my connexion. But this e-mail is obviously not mine. So i tried to leave the game, then tried to delete the cache but nothing worked and each time the same windows appears. Can
    someone help me with this? Is it an xbox live problem or only an EA problem?

    Hi, does anyone else have access to your account? because it seems that your xbox account is linked to another ea account not yours.

    It sounds like a EA problem I would recommend contacting them to see if they have any solution's to fix the problem.
