FIFA 17 Xbox live - account has no permission

Goodafternoon all,

So yesterday I activated the free 16 day trial for xbox live i got with buying a xbox one a month ago...

Then tried to play FIFA 17 online , and get message

''your profile does not have the correct permissions to access'

So i looked everywhere on the internet regarding this problem, checked my configuration settings regarding private / public settings on xbox live and nothing helped. I see many people have this problem, and only thing you can do is contact Microsoft.

Please can someone from the microsoft / xbox team look into my account and see where it went wrong ?? Very sad to have a trial for 16 days and not even can play a game online................
