Fifa 17 - "to play this you will need to buy it"

I pre ordered the fifa 17 super deluxe edition and i also had EA access so i was able to play the game for 10 hours before the launch date, i have just finished my 10 hours and now when ever i load up the game it tells me i haven't bought this game i need
to buy it to play it, i have purchased this game and i have clips of me playing on it as proof of owning it.

I pre ordered fifa 17 and i had ea access so i could play it for 10 hour before the initial release date, i recently finished my 10 hours and now when ever i try to play the game ( after the release ) it doesnt let me play the game it tell me i havent bought
it, i tried it on all of my accounts and it didnt work, i went to go and uninstall and install the game again but when i came to install it it say i hadnt bought it and i need to buy it, i have bought the game and i have video proof of me playing it. please
help me

If you really want to play Fifa 17 on your new xbox one. I reccomend getting a EA Access subscription for +/-$5. That wil give you access for an 10 Hour Trial. Just Enough time for you to enjoy a great game.

Is it possible you purchased the game with a different account your Xbox One? To verify purchases you can check over on
account.microsoft.com and check your transaction history. Keep us in the loop with what you find over there.
