fifa 17 stopped downloading at 4% every time

Hi,

When i try to install fifa 17 from the disc, it stops every time at 4 %.

Than i try to use the code in the store and the game doesn't appear to the 'ready to install' menu.

I tried to downloading the game offline, doesn't work.

I tried to clear the storage, doesn't work.

Can anyone help me? or has more suggestions i can try?

Problem with downloading

2 days ago i bougth FIFA 17 and the first day all was ok, but yesterday the downloading stops at 79.3 per cent, and every time i try to download it again it stop. I'm loosing the patient. Pls help.

Have you tried a hard reset? Might help.

I found this on the forums in another post:

1. boot the xbox one with internet connected

2. remove the bluray app ( if already installed)

3. install the bluray app

4. insert fifa 17 disc

5. xbox one says there are updates available for nba2k15. accept these updates

6. install fifa 17, it will error on 5%.

7. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART, on your home screen press start on fifa 17 where it should say installation stopped, then click on manage game, you should be taken to a screen where it's just fifa 17, uninstall on this screen and on the same screen you
can then click install and youre all set.

****NOTE**** This will take significantly longer than installing straight off the disk, what this will do is actually download the game to your xbox, so it could take a couple of hours or longer depending on your connection.

i wasnt happy to use 1800 pts for euro 12.thats like £17 4 a download.

if you are getting caught by the lob every time play more deffensive.

Ok, Thank you for replying. I almost always use W-Lan so I might have to try just with the cord. Sometimes I used the cord but also the W-Lan so I switched sometimes. I'll retry tomorrow.
