    WE HAVE INSTALLED FIFA 17 WITH A CODE ON OUR XBOX ONE S.

    TWO WEEKS AGO WE COULD NOT START UP THE GAME (NEVER STOPPED PROCESSING)

    KIDS THEN TRIED TO UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL - BUT THEN GET A MESSAGE THAT CODE HAD ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED.

    HOW CAN WE

    1 GET THE GAME INSTALLED AGAIN

    2 GET THE GAME WORKING AGAIN

    applications are taking too long to start the error code is 0x8027025a

    Im having the same issue, only with one game, FIFA 17. The game disc was saying this error message so i digitally downloaded it and it has not fixed it.
