    Hi can someone help me. I pre ordered Fifa17 on the xbox one store last month and i got a message saying thank you for your pre order of fifa 17 here is your ea access trial code. But when i go on to my games and apps fifa 17 is not there to pre download
    and when i go on the store it says buy fifa 17 which i already did. when i go into my purchase history its there saying purchase completed. So im a bit confused any help would be much appreciated.

    I bought fifa 17 super deluxe edition and did not get the 8000 fifa points included.

    Hey Louh519! Did you pre-order the game? The 8000 points is only for the post release version of the Super Deluxe Edition. The pre-order version included gold packs each week and a few other items. For full details check

    Hello Red,

    Are you looking under "Ready to Install" within My Games & Apps? This is where the game should end up.

    Also make sure you are signed into the same account you used to make the purchase.

    Let us know how you get on.

    hi maxen no i have looked everywhere on the xbox one and its not showing up. but when i go onto my billing info on my email its shows as pre order completed.

    just been reading up on the internet i sold my xbox one what i pre ordered fifa on. For the new xbox one s and i was a preview member on my old xbox. people are saying that i wont be able to see fifa 17 pre order till i get an update on my new xbox.

    No, I think that's old information. The update that's referring to already went out to the public in August.

    Are you running Windows 10 on a PC? As a test, download the Xbox Beta App and look up FIFA 17 (the specific bundle/version you purchase) and see if it tells you to buy it again or that you own it.
