Fifa 17 Pre-Order EA Access Promotion Code

Hello,

I pre-ordered Fifa 17 on 8/25 however I never received the code for the free month of EA Access within' the 7-10 days from the pre-order date. I was told to post here by chat support to have the promo code re-sent to my xbox message center. If you can please
help to re-send as soon as possible that would be greatly appreciated as I would love to be able to play the early trial version today.

Pre-order any digital edition of FIFA 17 through your Xbox One and you’ll get an entire month of EA Access.

Your not getting FIFA A month early, your getting free access to EA Access for a month.

EA Access is a subscription-based gaming service by Electronic Arts. The service allows access to select games published by Electronic Arts.

You will most likely receive an e-mail with the code for your Free month of Access near the launch date of FIFA

when i purchased the Fifa 16 game i will receive a code for the Fifa 17 game. The one that we offer is that when you pre-order the Fifa 17 i will receive a 1 month code of EA-access and it will be delivered to me but it's deleted by xbox one live messages
not deleted by my hand and I want retrieving my code please??
