FIFA 17 personal settings 1 failed to load

With "EA help" I was able to resolve the problem. Solution:

If you add a guest account to your second controller then you are able to start FIFA17. In the game you can go to settings and change your profile to your own. After that you will be able to remove your personal settings 1 in remove settings. After that you
can restart the game and rebuilt your personal settings.

Looks like the best solution to this issue is to sign in as guest, delete the current settings files through the in game menu. Then sign back into your account.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand you are unable to play Fifa due to a "personal Settings1" issue in-game. I was able to find a solution provided by an EA community manager on the EA forums: Personal
settings 1 failed to load

I'll go ahead and post the solution here as well:

"if you highlight FIFA on the dashboard and then hit the Start button and select Manage Game you should see an option on the left that says Saved Data, select that and then select your gamertag
to delete the local data from the console only.

Make sure you're only deleting it from the console and not from everywhere or you'll lose that data forever.

After you do that, try launching the game again and let me know if you can get through."
