fifa 17 game play issues

i experience a freezing/ glitch while playing it freezes a second then continues and sometimes the sound goes away if i pause the game and resume then the sound comes back what could the issues be?

FIFA 17 - Game isn't in under "My games"

Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

I have been having issues with the game play as well. I know for the sound I needed to check my Audio Settings on the Console.

I am having the same issue - however sometimes it lets me get into the game the tells me "Thank you for trying FIFA 17. The current active profile requires an active EA Access subscription and FIFA 17 Trial entitlement. Please purchase EA Access and start
your FIFA 17 Trial."

This is ridiculous

your account automatically. Here is their guide on how the loan packs and the additional content works. Note that to receive your weekly packs, you must log in and
