FIFA 17 - Game isn't in under "My games"

I have preordered FIFA 17 and i got the email with the code for it yesterday (28th of September). I typed the code and everything seemed to be fine. It didnt pop up anywhere, but i guess it was to be expected as release in Denmark is today (29th of September).
Now i still cant find the game under "My games" and it says the code have already been used (Which i guess is logical as i used it), but yet i cant find and play FIFA 17.

Fifa 17 not visible under My Games (webbrowser)

After I entered the Fifa 17 redeem code it isn't visible under My Games when I open a webbrowser (Edge or Chrome).

On the Xbox One is the game present and playable. That's off course the most important thing, but I don't understand why I cant see it under My Games.

Does anyone have an idea what's wrong?

 

Have you checked in your "Ready to Install" list?

 

Yes i have, and there is no games there. It just says "Here you will be able to see digital buys...". I have also searched for FIFA 17 in the store and see if i could maybe Download from there, but it will just ask me to pay for the game.

 

Did you redeem the code on this account or another one?

 

Mind checking in these two places to see if FIFA is listed?

FIFA 17 is neither of the 2 places. I still have the e-mail.

 

Did you pre-order FIFA17 from a retailer? (game store)

 

Yes, i ordered it from a danish game store called "www.coolshop.dk"

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble finding your game! To check, if you search for Fifa 17 in the Xbox Store, does it ask you to re-purchase the content or does it allow you to download it from there?

 

Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

But the game I bought is nowhere to find...
