FIFA 17 DOWNLOAD ISSUE

Hi all, i bought FIFA 17 from the XBL store on thr 7th of August, and usually when i buy i game that has not been released yet it allows me to download it but obviously cannot play it untill release date. I have not been charged for the game yet on my bank
card. Has anyone else had this issue that could expand on why and when i might be able to download it? Strange thing is that i have my xbox live account set up on my brothers xbox and FIFA 17 has downloaded onto his own xbox live account automatically but
it gives me no option to download it onto my xbox or account. CONFUSED!! Any help much appreciated, thanks!

No fifa 16 demo.

There is no FIFA 16 demo in the store but there is a FIFA 17 one and a FIFA 15 one. How can I download it?

They've recently changed the way preorders are handled through the store. Since you paid with a bank card, you won't be charged until about 10 days before the game is released. Since you haven't been charged yet, that may be why it hasn't downloaded.
