Fifa 17, do you own this game or app?

Son 1 has downloaded Fifa 17. He has made son 2's Xbox one his home console and downloaded it on there.

When son 2 tries to play the game, using his own gamer tag, it says 'do you own this game or app?'

Any ideas please?

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

If it does not then you may need to try deleting then reinstalling the game. You can delete the game by highlighting it from the dashboard then press the start button on the controller and choosing Delete.

To reinstall go to My Games & Apps then Ready to Install.

Hi all

I recently bought my Xbox one about 3 weeks ago and bought numerous games with it including Fifa 17. I've been playing them with no problems until now, today i went to play fifa, only to find that an error message came up saying *do you own this game or
app* with three options:

1. Go to store - where i have to buy the game

2. Cancel - which removes the error message and takes me back to the Xbox home screen

3. Help - which takes me here

All other games work fine but Fifa 17 doesn't.

Please help. Thanks in advance

 

Has Son 1 purchased FIFA17 or is this an EA Access Trial version?

I did a live chat and it has been sorted, after some wizardry their end.
