Demos are usually released early for gold members. Right now it's a gold exclusive so you have to have gold in order to download it. Once it's released to everyone you will be able to download it.

Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

You’ll be able to download the demo on Xbox 360 and PS3 but the exact release times will be dependent on when the relevant stores update for your region. The contents of the FIFA Street Demo in terms of teams, match types, arenas, etc are still TBC but we’ll
bring you that information as soon as we get it.

If it's a digital code you're trying to redeem, then that would work.

If it's a physical disc, your console is most likely a PAL console and you would need PAL discs in order to play them. Generally US discs are NTSC and there is no way around that.
