FIFA 17 Code Already Redeemed?

I bought the FIFA 17 console bundle last year, and it came with a FIFA 17 download code. I was going to gift it because I already had the game, but the code cannot be redeemed. I spoke to MS support, and apparently the game code had already been redeemed
by someone else. They said they can't find out who redeemed, but I doubt it. What do I do now? The code expires on June 30.

FIFA 17 - Code already used

Hello,

i have the following Problem.

First, i have buyed a Code to Play FIFA 17 earlier. The Code was in the bündle with Xbox One S.

After submit the Code on my Xbox nothing happens. Now I want to try the Code again --> then the Xbox tells me the Code is already used.

Can anyone help me?

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do to help. Had you found this out sooner you may have been able to go back to the place of purchase to get the code exchanged.

Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

Exactly the same issue here with fifa 17 pre order. Still says i own it even though i cancelled it 2 months ago. Hope i dont have any issues redeeming my fifa 17 code that comes with the xbox ons S bundle i have purchased.
