    Error the current profile isn't allowed to play on Xbox live

    it says, your profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature when i try to play bo3 or fifa 16, WHY

    Hello a question in the game of fifa 16 when I want to play online tells me that I do not have the correct permissions of my profile to Access please respond.

    Hi, that may be a restriction on your account preventing online play, if your account is a child account then the parental account will need to sign in and change the settings on your account.

    If your account is not under parental controls then check the privacy & online safety settings on the Xbox aren't set to block multiplayer gaming.

    I also believe that EA do not allow anyone who's account is set to a birthdate that makes the account holder under 13 years of age to play EA games online.

    If you wish to play online multiplayer games you should have a gold membership otherwise "your profile will not have the correct permission to" play online multiplayer games.
