    Fifa 16 xbox360 / Xbox one


    I bought the FIFA 16 game for xbox live, do not have one month I made the purchase for the XBOX 360, but given problem on my device, "red light", and acquire an XBOX ONE.

    microsoft can delete the FIFA 16 from my account 360 and disponibilzar only for the Xbox one.
    would it be possible???! I do not have conditions to buy two titles of the same game for different consoles, both of which are from microsoft ....

    My sons have a Xbox ONE and I a xBox360. Is it possible to play together (Xbox Live)? We would like to play following games:

    - FIFA 16 or 17

    - FORZA 5 or 6

    - HALO

    - MINECRAFT

    Hello, if I understand correctly, you would like to be refunded for the Xbox 360 version of the game so you can purchase the Xbox One version because your console broke. If that is correct, you will have to contact Billing at
    support.xbox.com/contact-us because they will be able to access your account information. As a warning, in most cases there are no refunds for any purchases made on Xbox Live, but that is your
    best option.

    I doubt they'll give you a refund, since it looks like you had been playing FIFA 16 for a couple weeks on your 360. Also, I'm not sure what "disponibilzar" means.

    I doubt they'll give you a refund, since it looks like you had been playing FIFA 16 for a couple weeks on your 360. Also, I'm not sure what "disponibilzar" means.
