    FIFA 16 won't start up or uninstall


    Hi all,

    FIFA 16 wont start up and it wont uninstall, what can i do, it seems like its frozen in the console and doesn't want to move. Please bear in mind that it is a digital copy and came with the Xbox one when i bought it.

    Let's try a full power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still having trouble booting up the game after the power cycle, see if you can uninstall and reinstall the game again. Let us know how it goes. We're

    Hey MED456!

    Sorry to hear FIFA 16 is having trouble launching, let's get that sorted! Let's go through these steps first:

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the Xbox One fully powers down. This will clear the system cache.
    • Power back on and try to launch the game.
    If the issue continues, follow these next steps:

    • Uninstall FIFA 16
    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console again until the console powers down.
    • Power back on and reinstall FIFA 16.
    Try those steps out and let us know how it goes!

    Hi I am a excerpt with this what you do if its a disk you take it put a new game in and then take it out and put fifi 16 in, another option is turn off the xbox for one hour then turn back on if it still doest work at the point check
    the wifi and if wifi is working then check if it needs a update after all that is done and still not working take the game or contact fifi

    thanks for the reply, I will have a look at fifa 16 from CD keys. If not at £22 I will probably get fifa 15.

    Am a little annoyed with myself as I saw 16 on the xbox one downlaod games for about £22, but by the time I went to buy it it had gone back up to £54.99. Such is life:)
