Fifa 16 super deluxe edition still no ea access code

I purchased the fifa 16 super deluxe edition in early august and included in the package is a 1 month free ea access code. One of the main reasons I ordered the super deluxe edition was for the ea access code that allowed me early access to fifa 16. I purchased
it over a month in advance (plenty of time for me to receive the code before early access started) and leading up to the date I still had no code. So I contacted EA and they told me they could not help me and that it was all on XBOX so i contacted XBOX and
I was told they would take care of it before early access started. Early access passed and still no code. After that I contacted EA again and once again and again was told they could not help me and sent me to XBOX. Just recently I talked to XBOX and of course
they just passed me over telling me to just go to forums. So, How can I get refunded or compensated for this???
