    Hi,

    I have Pre ordered Fifa 16 super deluxe edition and you get a free 1 month of EA Access and I got the code through a Xbox live messege but I didn't redeem it as I was saving it for this month but as I went on my messege the Xbox live messege was gone
    is there any way possible you can access my old messages to get the code or do I have to wait for Xbox live to send me a messege so I can get it again but need the code as neednea access to his month thanks!

    Sorry to hear it. Messages on Xbox Live do have a shelf life and are cleared out after a certain amount of time. I'm not sure if you'll be able to get the code resent as they don't usually resend them.

    I accidentally deleted the message you sent which contained the code for the one month of EA Access included in my purchase of FIFA 17 Super Deluxe Edition Pre-Order, before I could redeem the code. I made the purchase on my Xbox in the Store on 6/27/16.
