    Hi, I've not been able to connect to EA servers since I bought Fifa 16, contacted EA support and tried everthing that they recommend, but nothing works.

    I need help to fix this issue please

    Fifa 16/ connection issues.

    Hi guys,

    My old Xbox One started to scratch the discs badly, so I got a brand new replacement. Now on this new one, I can't seem to host online matches on FIFA 16. It'll load up to the point where you can see your opponents team, then it says 'connection has been
    lost', or something along those lines.

    Not really noticed any other serious issues. But I never had this problem with my old console. Please tell me this one's not dodgy too?

    Any advice/ info would be much appreciated.

    fifa 16 server connection issues

    This issue is strictly connected to the servers of the publisher EA. I would suggest you to work with them in order to solve this.

    This might be account related.

    1. Are you able to play online for any other games?
    2. Do you have a secondary EA account or friend's EA account whom you can try to see whether you can connect to FIFA 16 server?
    If you answered yes to both questions, you will have to contact EA for further troubleshooting.
