Fifa 16 Promo Code

Hi on the 16/06/2015 I pre-ordered FIFA 16 DELUXE EDITION Microsoft Account I received the ea access code but when I entered it it gave an error because I still had my 1 year access code active but my 8 year old son deleted the message and now that I need
it I can't retrieve it any longer. If anyone can help me I been backwards and forward between EA Support saying that Xbox Support can track the code and Xbox Support saying that EA Support can do it and I have been contacting them 3 times each, now on my 4th
time at Xbox Support they sent me here. My Gamertag is if you need anymore information please do contact me.

I was told to post here by xbox customer support to get my one Month EA ACCESS CODE since I pre-ordered FIFA 16.

Promotion Details: PRE-ORDERED FIFA 16 and was supposed to get a code for 1 MONTH of EA ACCESS

Date of Purchase: I PRE-ORDERED FIFA 16 on July 22nd 2015

Promo Item(s): One-month EA ACCESS CODE.

Unfortunately I never received my EAaccess promo code (1 month)
