FIFA 16 pre-order EA access code not recived

Discus and support FIFA 16 pre-order EA access code not recived in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I just pre-ordered FIFA 16, and with that a EA access code should have appeared in the "messages" on xbox.     FIFA 16 pre-order EA access code not recived


    I just pre-ordered FIFA 16, and with that a EA access code should have appeared in the "messages" on xbox. But I did not recive any code and I wonder why... can anyone help?

    I pre orderd fifa 16 recived the code for ea access and its invalid i was told to come here by live chat
