FIFA 16 points bought in Xbox One store

Fifa points purchases are conducted via EA's own system. If you are missing points it may be possible to get them to show by logging in and out of FUT a few times in the game. If this does not help please go to https://help.ea.com/article/fifa-fut-points-issue/ and
use the 'Contact Us' link there for a EA representative to look into your case.

You can contact EA in two ways, either via a 'web chat' service or you can request a call back to a mobile or land-line telephone.

Hopefully you'll get this corrected.

If you bought a FIFA 16 Xbox One bundle, there should have been a code within the box for FIFA 16 as a full download, separate from EA Access. There should have been a card with a silver rectangle (you scratch away the silver part ot reveal the code) in
the box the console came in.

Yeah I bought the console pack that included fifa 16 and ea access for a month- ea access code was there but fifa 16 wasn't. Surely the original purchase retailer has nothing to do with it, people in xbox must have forgotten to include it
