    i can´t play on line since i get the game, i don't understand why, only thing that say is" i have not the permission in my profile", what?? what you meaning ? i did my account in EA Sport page and just did everything that they told me and still can't play
    on line, what is wrong? any body can tell me please, thanks.

    In my count i can see that i have suscription for 3 months but when i try play on line (gears of war 4, rocket league,fifa 16) i can not play

    Crach console and falls in line

    after the last update I have
    many falls in line with the game server
    (Fifa 16 - Metal Gear Solid
    V) followed by system crashes and
    reboots the console.

    Hmm. Do you currently have an Xbox Live Gold subscription? Many online features are not available to play unless one has a Gold subscription. If you aren't sure, you can hit up our
    phone/chat teams and they can take a look at your account and help you out.
