    FIFA 16 Launching on XBOX ONE


    Hi XBOX!

    I have XBOX ONE that I downloaded FIFA 16 on for free because of my membership in XBOX LIVE GOLD.

    I managed to launch the game and play it for two days but after that every time I try to launch it, I get a message that says I should buy the game, or insert a disc (which I don't own), even when I'm signed in to XBOX LIVE. What should I do to play my game
    again?

    Sorry to hear FIFA 16 is having trouble launching, let's get that sorted! Let's go through these steps first:

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the Xbox One fully powers down. This will clear the system cache.
    • Power back on and try to launch the game.
    If the issue continues, follow these next steps:

    • Uninstall FIFA 16
    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console again until the console powers down.
    • Power back on and reinstall FIFA 16.
    Try those steps out and let us know how it goes!

    Xbox One sharing games?

    Hello, I have two xbox one’s, and one came with fifa 16. I am currently on the other Xbox and I have my account set up on both. Is there anyway that I can transfer fifa 16 to the Xbox One that did not come with fifa?

    Was this game downloaded during the free EA access week during E3 ? If so then that was a timed offer which has expired so the license has since then been revoked.
