FIFA 16 - Geografic Area Code of this console is incorrect

I've just purchased FIFA 16 from the online store, where the game is downloaded directly to the console, and when I try to start the game, it keeps saying the following message (in spanish) wich I'll try to translate:

"El código de área geográfica de esta consola es incorrecto"

"The geografic área code of this console is incorrect"

I can't understand why is this. The console is from Europe (Italy), but my account is configured to Argentina.

I've tried to purchase other games and BEFORE the purchase, the console/web page said that the game wasn't available for the región, but not this time.

I've purchased a game, but cannot play it..

Any solution for this?? At least a refund??

Buy by xbox live the game FIFA17, when I try to enter I can not find the area code error of your console is incorrect.

Sorry to hear it. Because your gamertag is set for Argentina you purchased and attempted to play the Argentina version of the game. Your console is fro Italy and is not the correct region for it and this is the reason you are getting this message.

You should contact phone support to ask for a refund

I can't understand this. How do I even know when I purchase a game which region is it for??

This console was a gift from an italian relative. Why would I have to migrate my account to another region? In all other games I've purchased/downloaded, the region validation was previous to purchase.

Anyway, I'll contact those phone numbers... This region restrictions are basically a bummer...
