    FIFA 16 EA Access Code disappeared


    Hi all,

    I pre-ordered the FIFA 16 super deluxe edition on the 2nd August (according to my email receipt). I had the one month free EA access code sent to my inbox on the Xbox One but I didn't redeem it in time and it's now disappeared. Could someone please verify
    my order and re-send it for me? I'm quite keen to get it back as we'll be able to play FIFA 16 from tomorrow.

    Yeah I bought the console pack that included fifa 16 and ea access for a month- ea access code was there but fifa 16 wasn't. Surely the original purchase retailer has nothing to do with it, people in xbox must have forgotten to include it
